Once your order is placed you will receive an email from us. We ask that you reply to our email with a high quality photo of the graduate attached. Please include the name of the graduate, the name of the school and school colors.
We will then email you a mock up. Once the mock up is approved we will start production. Lastly we will email you to arrange pick up.
